Koito Koganei

Koito Koganei serves as the 15th-generation shrine maiden of Takami Shrine in Tsukishima, Tokyo. At just 16 years old, she stepped into the role once held by her late mother, taking care of the otaku-obsessed spirit Elta. Though she tends to act tough and longs to be seen as more grown-up, her strict scolding of Elta's laziness is balanced by a genuinely warm and considerate heart. She stands as the vital bridge connecting the divine world to the everyday life of a modern shitamachi neighborhood.
