Koshigaya Choukan

Appearing in *Magilumiere Magical Girls Inc. Season 2*, he is the Director of the Magical Energy Agency and the father of Hitomi Koshigaya. He is an exceptionally strict and dignified man, whom his daughter describes as the "incarnation of strictness". Having firmly opposed her decision to become a magical girl, he maintains a strict separation between public and private life, even going so far as to claim he has severed ties with her.
