Koushun Ka

Ka Koushun is the recently crowned young ruler of the Xiao Empire, whose path to the throne was marked by his earlier removal as crown prince. Seeking to unravel an unsolved case connected to the late empress, he secretly sought out the enigmatic consort known as 'Lady Wu,' Ryuu Jyusetsu, entrusting her with the investigation. Calm in demeanor and far-sighted in political vision, he treats those around him with fairness and sincerity despite his imperial standing. As he works to reform the court, his repeated encounters with Jyusetsu gradually bring to light the forbidden truths buried deep within the history of the inner palace.
