Koutarou Murata is an office worker who turns to watching his beloved 'Chiba Motor Suns' as a way to unwind from the pressures of work. A seasoned fan who brings his own notebook to the stadium to track game statistics, he also holds the distinction of being beer girl Ruga's first regular customer. Though he often finds himself flustered and tongue-tied whenever Ruga teases him, his genuine and sincere nature shines through in every interaction at the ballpark.
