Kyouya Mitsurugi

Kyouya Mitsurugi is a Japanese-born reincarnator who arrived in another world bearing a legendary magic sword called 'Gram', bestowed upon him by the goddess Aqua herself. Fancying himself a righteous hero destined to rescue the divine, he repeatedly attempts to 'save' Aqua from the protagonist Kazuma's side—only to suffer humiliating defeats each time. Despite his formidable swordsmanship, his towering ego and disarming naivety make him a perpetual victim of Kazuma's cunning schemes and underhanded tactics, cementing his role as one of the series' most beloved comic relief characters.
