Loria

Loria is a high-ranking cabinet official and the head of the secret police in the Russy Federation, wielding immense political power and administrative capability. During the Imperial Army's 203rd Aerial Mage Battalion's surprise raid on the capital city of Moscow, he witnesses Tanya Degurechaff singing the Imperial national anthem and instantly becomes infatuated with her. This sparks a deeply unsettling and obsessive desire to capture and possess her.
