M-21 is the sole survivor of Union's classified 'M-Series' human experimentation program. With a heart transplanted from a werewolf, he possesses extraordinary regenerative abilities and the power to transform his body. Originally introduced as an antagonist operative, he broke free from the organization with the aid of Raizel and Frankenstein, eventually finding a new purpose as a security guard at Ye Ran High School. His deepest drive is to reclaim the forgotten names of fellow subjects who perished in the experiments. Though he projects a stoic and blunt demeanor, his devotion to protecting those around him runs profoundly deep.
