Magoroku Inui

Magoroku Inui is a young chef at restaurant 'K', born into a prestigious Kyoto traditional kaiseki family. Determined to break free from the constraints of his family's conservative traditions and pursue a deeper understanding of cuisine, he left home to study French cooking in Tokyo. He initially regarded protagonist Gaku Kitada as a rival, approaching him with arrogance and severity. However, after acknowledging Gaku's remarkable culinary talent, he became a dependable ally, now committed to forging his own unique culinary path by merging Japanese and French techniques.
