Manabu Horikita

Manabu Horikita is widely regarded as the most outstanding Student Council President in the school's history, excelling at the highest level in academics, martial arts, and leadership. He commands a powerful sense of authority throughout the campus, and while his treatment of his younger sister Suzune appears cold and strict, it is driven by a desire to push her toward self-improvement.
