Manabu Soutouin

Manabu Soutouin is a fifth-grader at Yubiwa Academy Elementary School and the undisputed figurehead of the underground collective known as the Pretty Boy Detective Club. His entire worldview revolves around a single creed: aesthetics—a philosophy he famously encapsulates with the phrase 'All I have is aesthetics.' Self-described as an indifferent student with a boldly arrogant streak, he nonetheless commands unwavering loyalty from his eclectic team through sheer force of personality. It was Manabu who extended the invitation that drew Mayumi Dojima into the club's orbit, and throughout every campus mystery they tackle, his pursuit of beauty and artistic sensibility remains the guiding compass.
