Manicia is Ludo's biological younger sister, born with a mysterious illness that has left her chronically frail — a condition that serves as the sole driving force behind Ludo's quest through the dungeon in search of a legendary treasure. She is distinguished by a signature ahoge that sways in response to her shifting emotions. Though shy and unable to express her feelings honestly, she often comes across as tsundere, while deep down she relies on and cherishes her brother immensely. After Ludo's return home, she demonstrates impressive domestic skills to support him.
