The Demon Lord is an original character created exclusively for the anime adaptation. Despite her deceptively small stature and horn-adorned childlike appearance, she wields formidable magical power that more than lives up to her fearsome title. Her history with the armor shop owner Naaden runs deep—after he made off with a precious material she held dear, she embarked on a determined quest to track him down and reclaim what was taken. Her speech is instantly recognizable thanks to a distinctive verbal tic at the end of her sentences. She also serves as the regular narrator for the next-episode previews, making her a recurring presence throughout the series.
