Maria Sarushima

Maria Sarushima is a cheerful returnee student featured in 'Yamada-kun and the Seven Witches,' enrolled in her second year at Shuzaku Private High School. As the second Witch, she possesses a rare supernatural ability to foresee the future through a kiss. Her story begins in crisis—haunted by a premonition showing her accidentally setting the old school building ablaze, she withdraws from school entirely. It is only through the encouragement of Ryuu Yamada and the Supernatural Studies Club that she finds the courage to challenge fate and reclaim her place at school. Outgoing, warm-hearted, and refreshingly direct, Maria harbors clear feelings for Yamada and often initiates kisses both to express herself and to put her power to use.
