Marin Izutsumi

Marin Izutsumi is a mad scientist and assassin who specializes in developing deadly contraptions. She regards the protagonist Koga Konoha as her self-declared nemesis, while simultaneously harboring complex feelings of admiration toward her. Despite lacking the physical ability for direct combat, she engages in battle through mechanical tentacles and robots of her own creation. Though her true age is 18, she maintains a childlike appearance through the use of drugs. Her unpredictable personality and intense obsessions frequently lead her to intrude upon the protagonist duo's lives, causing all manner of chaos and disruption.
