Marulk

Marulk is a Blue Whistle-ranked Cave Raider from the manga and anime series Made in Abyss, residing permanently at the Monitoring Base on the second layer of the Abyss. Due to a rare physical condition that makes him hypersensitive to sunlight, returning to the surface is impossible, leaving him to manage the base's daily operations under the strict tutelage of the legendary White Whistle, Ozen the Immovable. Though naturally shy and soft-spoken, Marulk warmly welcomed Riko and Reg upon their arrival, forging a heartfelt bond with the two young adventurers close to his own age.
