Masao Himejima

Masao Himejima is a third-year student at Osaka Academy who serves as the leader of the Third Dormitory, which houses students in the performing arts, and is also the president of the drama club. Disliking his traditional Japanese name 'Masao,' he insists on being called 'Oscar M. Himejima' and claims to be half-German, styling himself with dyed blonde hair and blue contact lenses. He acts as a memorable comedic presence in the academy, frequently engaging in melodramatic, theatrical behavior and spouting random German phrases. While he constantly tries to compete with the other dormitory leaders, Megumi Tennoji and Minami Nanba—who often ignore his antics—he is much more than just an extreme narcissist. When serious situations arise concerning his fellow students, he sheds his theatrical persona to display a deep sense of responsibility and a surprisingly reliable, serious side.
