Mika Egashira

Mika Egashira is a classmate of Mitsumi at Toritsu Tsubame Nishi High School. Her initial reason for getting close to Mitsumi was purely calculated — a means to get closer to Shima — and she was acutely preoccupied with how others perceived her. However, Mitsumi's genuine and unguarded nature gradually prompted Mika to confront the insecurities and shadows she had long kept buried within herself. Behind her carefully maintained image lay an untold amount of private effort and hard work. Through this journey of self-confrontation, she experienced true personal growth and forged sincere bonds of friendship with those around her.
