Mikoto Sano

Mikoto Sano is a highly prominent figure at Hyakki Academy, widely recognized under the title of plague deity, though his true origins lie as a god cast out from Takamagahara. Blessed with golden hair and blue eyes, he cuts a striking figure while also demonstrating exceptional ability in both academic and physical pursuits, paired with a keen intellect. Though he carries himself with a composed demeanor, he frequently unleashes biting sarcasm toward his homeroom teacher Abe no Seimei, and his interactions often reveal a sadistic enjoyment of teasing others. Beneath his cool exterior, however, he holds his companions in deep regard, showing an unexpectedly gentle side toward his close friend Mamekichi Tanukizuka.
