Mito Kuroki

Mito Kuroki is a young human woman who blends into a group of zombies using blue makeup, quietly leading them from within. She crosses paths with Shizuru and her companions in the Buko Mountain region, and while an identity test initially sparks a clash between them, the misunderstanding is eventually cleared and friendships are formed. Viewing the zombies under her care as vulnerable beings in need of guidance—almost like family—she ultimately declines the invitation to travel to Ikebukuro, choosing instead to remain in the forest as their protector.
