Nanako Watase

Nanako Watase serves as the class representative for Year 1, Class C at Minagami High School, and holds the special distinction of being the very first friend that transfer student Mizuki made at her new school. Known for her warm and helpful nature, Nanako consistently goes out of her way to help Mizuki settle into campus life with ease. Perhaps her most remarkable trait is her uncanny ability to decode and converse fluently in Kazuhiro Nakamura's elaborate 'chuunibyou-speak' — a skill few others possess.
