Neruru endured prolonged and brutal mistreatment as a slave under the bandit group, only to be reborn when Clairbates reconstructed her body using magical beast tissue at the brink of death. She now journeys alongside the party as a wet nurse to the young child Luna. Though the weight of her traumatic past leaves her timid and halting in speech, she reveals extraordinary physical strength and fearless, self-sacrificing courage whenever Luna is in danger.
