Nick was once part of the elite squad Versatile, until a baseless embezzlement accusation led to his expulsion and his girlfriend's betrayal, leaving him unable to trust anyone thereafter. A chance encounter at a tavern brought him together with three fellow adventurers who had each faced their own betrayals, and together they formed the party called Survivors. Though his manner can come across as rough around the edges, he possesses remarkable combat skills and organizational ability. He finds solace in his passion for the idol Agard, and serves as the indispensable core of the group.
