Noir is the second daughter of Cliff, the lord who governs Crimonia, and carries herself with the grace befitting a noble lady—yet her boundless curiosity and vivid energy set her apart from the typical aristocrat. After a chance encounter on the streets with the bear-costumed Yuna, she became an ardent supporter and went on to establish the 'Kuma Bear Fan Club,' taking on the role of president herself.
