Noren Mitsuoka is the daughter of the Mitsuoka Pharmaceuticals family and currently attends Rikka Academy's middle school division as a member of the Home Economics Club. Her striking appearance has led to constant confessions, which over time made her emotionally distant and wary of men. Away from the spotlight, she quietly works part-time at her uncle's ramen shop. Her true identity is that of a shrunken scientist called 'Noren Hojo,' whose role is pivotal to restoring protagonist Juzo Ogami to his original state, making her a central supporting figure at the heart of the story.
