Ojii-chan

A large-framed man who is rarely seen without his signature sunglasses, he is the grandfather of protagonist Futaba Igarashi. His affection for Futaba borders on unconditional, and his concern over her social circle often drives him to check in on her in person—leading to a series of competitions with her senior, Harumi Takeda. Despite the intimidating presence his stern appearance projects, he is at heart a warmhearted tough guy who deeply cherishes his family.
