Oratoria Belcombe

Oratoria serves as a professor at the Royal Granfelt Advanced Magic Academy, dedicating her academic career to the study of Attribute Theory. Since her own student days, she has maintained a fierce rivalry with her fellow faculty member Tiarlieta, and the two remain in frequent conflict to this day.
