Oscar

Oscar is an ICPO sub-inspector whose androgynous, delicate features belie a deeply troubled psyche. Harboring an intense, obsessive attachment to Inspector Zenigata—the man who once saved his life—he views Fujiko Mine as a rival for that affection and repeatedly resorts to illegal schemes to eliminate her from the picture. Shaped by an orphaned childhood, his emotional fragility drives him toward increasingly extreme and unstable behavior.
