Born Aria Gorte, the eldest princess of the Kingdom of Gorte, she chose to conceal her royal origins under the alias Pony, roaming the land as a wandering minstrel. It was in this guise that she crossed paths with the protagonist, Rin, becoming a steadfast elder-sister figure throughout their shared journey. Her love of ale and a good wager gives her an endearing roughness, yet when the stakes are highest, she commands with an authority that few can match. Following the assassination of her father, she cast aside her disguise, reclaimed her birthright, and ascended the throne to lead her kingdom through its darkest hour.
