Reiji Furuhashi

Reiji Furuhashi serves as a mathematics professor at Yuzuruha University and is the father of Fumino. Following the loss of his wife, the bond between him and his daughter gradually deteriorated. A firm believer that innate talent is everything, he strongly opposes Fumino's dream of becoming an astronomer, given her struggles with science. Though his demeanor comes across as cold and unforgiving, he has long been haunted by grief over his wife's passing—and beneath that hardened exterior, his love for his daughter has never truly faded.
