Romberg

Romberg was a grand sorcerer held in the highest regard within the Demon King's Army. Upon discovering a human infant named Ike among the ruins, he took the child in and raised him as his own, imparting a lifetime of magical knowledge, chantless casting techniques, and methods for concealing his human identity. Though Romberg had already passed away before the story begins, the ideal of coexistence between humans and demons that he instilled in Ike remains the foundational inspiration driving the protagonist's journey.
