Rooney

Rooney serves as both a senior executive and a gifted researcher within a villainous organization, sharing a childhood bond with the protagonist known as the General. Though warm-natured and always willing to lend a hand, he is an extreme workaholic who pushes himself to the point of collapse, often found passed out beside the kotatsu in the control room to the great concern of his subordinates. As the technological backbone of the organization, he spearheads the development of various invasion tools and stands out as one of the few members who can interact with the General in a relaxed, familiar manner.
