Ruine is the eldest daughter of Mareil, the proprietress of the 'Fountain of Joy Inn,' and the older sister of Lido. During the early days of protagonist Aoina's reincarnation into the world of Riadlok, Ruine provided invaluable support in her day-to-day life, making her an essential presence as Aoina adjusted to her new surroundings. Primarily responsible for welcoming guests during the nightly tavern hours, Ruine's bright personality and diligent work ethic made her a key figure in helping Aoina find her footing in this unfamiliar world.
