Ryouta Yoshinaga

Ryouta Yoshinaga runs the fly fishing specialty shop known as 'Permit' and is the father of Koi Yoshinaga. An avid fishing fanatic, he frequently heads out to fish and leaves the shop in his daughter's hands, and was even late to her birth due to a fishing trip. Despite his easygoing and carefree nature, he deeply cares for his family and the main cast, often stepping in as a seasoned angler to offer expert guidance and warm support.
