Sakamoto is a prominent manga artist whom the protagonist, Suzugamori Chika, deeply admires. In the anime's final episode, Chika travels to Miho Shrine in Shimane Prefecture, where she unexpectedly crosses paths with Sakamoto, who is visiting the area incognito. As a senior figure in the manga world, Sakamoto offers Chika heartfelt encouragement and creative inspiration. Though her appearance is brief, she plays a pivotal role in motivating Chika to press forward on her path as a manga creator.
