Sanae Takigawa

Sanae Takigawa has been a close friend of protagonist Michi Sonoda since their middle school days, and the two now train together in the judo club at Aoba Nishi High School. Composed and meticulous by nature, Sanae stands in sharp contrast to the free-spirited Michi, often stepping in to call out her erratic behavior. Although she had originally planned to leave judo behind when entering high school, Michi's genuine enthusiasm reignited her passion for the sport, leading her to return to competition as a steady and dependable presence within the club.
