Saori Takebe

Saori Takebe is a sophomore at Ooarai Girls Academy who takes on the vital role of radio operator within the tankery team. Her initial motivation for joining tankery was straightforward — she hoped it would make her more appealing to boys. Despite proudly calling herself a love expert, she has yet to experience an actual romance, a charming contradiction that defines much of her character. Her exceptional typing speed and skilled radio communication make her an indispensable asset during competitions, where accurate information relay can turn the tide of battle. Beyond her technical contributions, Saori acts as the team's emotional anchor — an elder-sister figure who nurtures her teammates and keeps morale high with her infectious cheerfulness.
