Seika Nonoo

Preferring solitude over social interaction, she places far greater trust in felines than in people, and she can typically be found spending her days at a local cat shrine. Because her power grants her an unparalleled awareness of citywide happenings, Megumi Asai frequently calls upon her for intelligence gathering, making Seika an indispensable behind-the-scenes collaborator for the Service Club.
