Seimei

Seimei is a figure shrouded in profound mystery, his true face concealed behind a fox mask that has become his defining symbol. At the very outset of the story, he places the extraordinary artifact known as the Temporal Device—an instrument capable of manipulating time itself—into the hands of Takasugi Shinsaku, thereby setting the entire narrative into motion.
