Shinei Ookawa

Shinei Ookawa is a third-year student in the Agricultural Civil Engineering department at Ooezo Agricultural High School and the former captain of the school's Equestrian Club. Bursting with energy and rarely at a loss for words, he has a comical tendency to grow envious of his junior Hachiken's social life—yet beneath that boisterous exterior lies a truly reliable figure. His talent for craftsmanship is remarkable: he once built a fully functional doghouse for his beloved dog 'Vice-Captain' using nothing but scrap materials. Even after stepping down from his leadership role, Ookawa continues to offer Hachiken invaluable technical guidance and encouragement from behind the scenes.
