Shinigami-sama

As the sixth enigma among Kamome Academy's Seven Wonders, Shinigami-sama governs the threshold separating life from death. His outward demeanor exudes the grace of a refined gentleman, yet beneath that polished exterior lies a heart utterly indifferent to the value of life. Once a shikigami serving the Genji clan, he shares a bond with the shrine maiden Akane Sumire that stretches across more than a century. Within the story, he abducts Akane Aoi as a sacrificial offering, revealing the extreme, relentless obsession he harbors in order to protect a chosen individual.
