Suginami Mutsumi is a classmate of Naoe Riki who typically spends her days alongside Takamiya and Katsuzawa, yet her personality stands in stark contrast to her two mischievous companions. Harboring quiet feelings of affection for Riki, she eventually summons the courage to confess her emotions to him during the anime's Refrain arc.
