Takafumi Takaoka

Takafumi Takaoka serves as one of the two central protagonists of the series. After his uncle Yosuke Shibazaki regained consciousness following a coma that lasted seventeen years, Takafumi welcomed him into his home. Upon witnessing his uncle demonstrate magical abilities acquired in another world, he chose to live alongside him and sustain their livelihood by running a YouTube channel together. Throughout the story, Takafumi takes on the role of watching and interpreting his uncle's experiences from the other world, frequently offering sharp observations from a rational perspective. While he proves capable of precisely analyzing why his uncle repeatedly fails in romance, he remains entirely unaware that his childhood friend Fujimiya harbors feelings for him.
