Takumi Rindou

Takumi Rindou serves as the branch chief of BORDER's Tamakoma Branch and is one of the veteran members who has been with the organization since its founding era. Known for his laid-back and easygoing nature, he has long stood as the leader of the pro-Neighbor coexistence faction, consistently advocating for peaceful relations with Neighbors. It was his deep sense of gratitude toward his old friend Yūgo Kuga that led him to welcome Yūma into the branch. Though he rarely takes to the battlefield himself, his well-rounded mastery of both combat and technical skills earns him exceptionally high regard, and he is trusted wholeheartedly by those under his command.
