During the Swordsmith Village Arc, her research advanced significantly through the analysis of blood samples collected by Tanjiro. Known for her gentle wisdom and deep compassion, Tamayo forged a strong collaborative bond with the Demon Slayer Corps, making her an indispensable supporting figure in the mission to defeat the progenitor of all demons.
