Tatsuo

Tatsuo is Fuji's father, working as an Italian restaurant chef who is often seen wearing sunglasses and making efforts to quit smoking. Despite his somewhat stern and intimidating appearance, he is in fact a lighthearted man who deeply cherishes his family. He showers the 'dog' that Fuji adopted with boundless affection, calling it his angel and even preparing matching outfits for the two of them. Yet, because he visits his daughter's home so frequently, he finds himself brushed aside, leaving him feeling a little lonely.
