Theoto Rikka

Theoto Rikka is a Celena-born young warrior serving as the third squad leader of the Spearhead Squadron, known by his combat alias 'Laughing Fox.' His words cut as sharply as any blade, and he harbors a deep-seated resentment toward the Republic of San Magnolia for its brutal oppression of the Eighty-Six. Beneath his cold, sardonic exterior, however, lies an unwavering devotion to his comrades. A gifted artist by nature, Theoto personally designs and paints the emblems adorning each unit's Juggernaut.
