Tom Shredfield is a sergeant within the U.S. Army's elite unit 'Blue Moon,' operating as a key support operative under Iki's command. His signature copied rune, known as 'Noise Canceler,' grants him the extraordinary ability to neutralize supernatural powers—making him arguably the world's greatest support specialist despite having virtually no combat prowess of his own. In the field, Tom presents himself as a composed and impeccably mannered soldier; off the clock, however, he is an unabashed, deeply passionate otaku with an obsession for moe anime characters. His tendency to let his fandom slip through even during high-stakes military operations makes him one of the most charmingly contradictory figures in the series.
