Totomaru Isshiki

A detective in the Metropolitan Police Department's First Investigative Division, known by the nickname 'Toto.' Driven by a fierce sense of justice and a diligent approach to casework, he is nonetheless regarded as a burden by those around him due to his lack of natural deductive talent. After crossing paths with the genius detective Ron Kamonohashi and forming a partnership, he serves as Ron's 'proxy' on the front lines—publicly presenting deductions and apprehending suspects himself. At the same time, he bears the crucial responsibility of intervening whenever Ron's abilities spiral out of control and risk driving a culprit to their demise.
