Umeko Sawamura

Umeko Sawamura is the mother of the protagonist Yuki, a woman who simultaneously commands a multinational corporation and excels as a shamisen accompaniment master. Known for her forceful personality and unyielding self-will, she entrusted her children to their grandfather for years before abruptly intervening in Yuki's life upon her arrival in Tokyo, enrolling her in Umezono Academy without hesitation.
