Uta

Uta is a ghoul artisan who presides over the mask workshop 'HySy ArtMask Studio' in the depths of the 4th ward. His body is a canvas of tattoos and piercings, and he habitually conceals his perpetually activated kakugan behind dark sunglasses. Though his demeanor appears unhurried and gentle on the surface, he is in truth a pivotal figure within the chaotic organization known as Pierrot, treating the world's tragedies as personal entertainment. Once the undisputed ruler of ward 4 with formidable combat prowess, his long-standing bond and rivalry with Renji Yomo—a close friend of Ken Kaneki—remains one of the series' most compelling mysteries.
